Terms and Conditions – 123reg Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "123reg" refers to the platform operated at 123reg.fun and any associated services.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account with 123reg.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account on the 123reg platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player that have not been designated as bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits granted by 123reg subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" (WR) refers to the total betting volume required before bonus funds convert to withdrawable real money.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupee — the sole currency used on the 123reg platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process required for withdrawals.
• "Qualifying Bet" refers to a bet that counts toward a wagering requirement at the stated minimum odds.

2. Account Registration

To use the 123reg platform, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to all registrations:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register. 123reg does not permit underage gambling under any circumstance. Age is verified at registration and before processing withdrawals.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active 123reg account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different contact details, devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information at registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 123reg account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. 123reg will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login details.
• You must notify 123reg immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

123reg is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. It is a one-time requirement and applies to all accounts without exception.

To complete KYC verification at 123reg, you must submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — National Identity Card (CNIC), Passport or Driver's Licence.
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days — a utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence showing your current residential address.
• Proof of the payment method used — a screenshot or confirmation of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account registration showing your name and mobile number, or card details for card-funded accounts.

123reg will process KYC submissions within 24 hours during standard operating periods. Incomplete or unverifiable documentation will require resubmission. No withdrawal will be processed prior to successful KYC completion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 123reg platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 300. No maximum deposit limit applies at account level, though individual payment method limits may apply.
• Accepted deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards.
• Deposits are credited to your 123reg account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours.
• 123reg does not charge deposit fees. Standard charges applied by your payment provider may apply and are outside 123reg's control.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Standard Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 1–6 hours of approval. IBFT withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• 123reg reserves the right to process a proportional withdrawal to the deposit method used where multiple methods have been used to fund an account.
• Withdrawals of outstanding bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion only. Real money balances are not affected.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and cricket betting on the 123reg platform, including PSL markets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 123reg reserves the right to correct errors in displayed odds prior to bet settlement.
• Bets are final once confirmed. No cancellations or modifications are permitted after bet confirmation, except as provided in specific promotion terms or in the event of a technical error attributable to 123reg.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum completion threshold is reached, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned. For PSL T20 matches, the minimum threshold is 5 overs per side.
• In the event of a technical issue affecting the display or calculation of odds at 123reg, bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to be determined for settlement. A void leg is treated as a non-runner — the accumulator continues with revised odds.
• 123reg reserves the right to limit, restrict or refuse betting on any market, for any player, at its absolute discretion and without being required to provide reasons.
• Evidence of coordinated betting activity, use of automated betting systems or exploitation of pricing errors may result in account suspension and voiding of affected bets.

6. Casino Games

The following conditions apply to all casino products at 123reg, including slots, live dealer tables, Teen Patti, Baccarat and all other RNG-based games:

• All RNG-based casino games at 123reg operate using certified random number generators that have been independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.
• Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studio environments. Physical equipment — real cards and roulette wheels — is used. All live game outcomes are subject to the visible dealing process and cannot be influenced by 123reg or the player after the relevant game round has closed.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the game result is determined by the outcome that occurred regardless of connection status. 123reg is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connection failures.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game before play commences. These limits may vary by game title and player account tier.
• Progressive jackpot games: jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. Verification may take up to 72 hours for large jackpot amounts.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers at 123reg are subject to the following general terms in addition to any offer-specific conditions stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR as bonus balance. Bonus balance is subject to wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn as real money.
• The wagering requirement applicable to each 123reg promotion is stated on the offer page. Unless otherwise specified, the standard welcome bonus wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount at minimum odds of 1.50.
• Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum do not count toward wagering requirements. Cashed-out bets count only up to the value at the time of cash-out.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, typically 30 days from credit. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. They may not be transferred between 123reg accounts.
• 123reg reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, adjust promotion terms or cancel credited bonuses where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of errors or breach of these Terms.
• A player may hold only one active welcome bonus. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once — including through duplicate accounts — is a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of funds.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 123reg platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and promotions, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical means to place bets, manipulate outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in match-fixing, the use of insider information or any form of manipulation of sporting or game outcomes in connection with 123reg bets.
• Abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to coordinated bet placement designed to circumvent wagering requirements, arbitrage across promotions, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• Using the 123reg platform for any money laundering activity or any other financial crime.
• Sharing account access with or betting on behalf of a third party for commercial gain.
• Attempting to access the 123reg platform from a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

123reg reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account for the following reasons, without being required to provide advance notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of the platform.
• Receipt of a regulatory instruction, court order or law enforcement direction.

Players may also voluntarily close their 123reg account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after KYC review. Outstanding bonus balances are forfeited on voluntary closure.

Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no bet, no deposit) for 24 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 123reg will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account fees, if applied, will not reduce the balance below zero.

10. Responsible Gaming

123reg is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. The following tools are available to all 123reg account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit maximums. Limits are applied immediately and cannot be increased within 24 hours of being set.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over defined periods. Once the limit is reached, further play is paused until the period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous platform use.
• Cool-Off Period: Pause your account for 24 hours to 90 days. Bets already placed will still settle but no new activity is permitted during the cool-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the 123reg platform for a defined period from 6 months to permanent. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Data is retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our data retention policy.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 123reg platform — including but not limited to the 123reg brand name, logo, website design, game assets, promotional materials, text and software — is the intellectual property of 123reg or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any 123reg intellectual property without express written permission.

Game titles, graphics and software components provided by third-party game studios are licensed to 123reg for use on the platform and remain the property of their respective owners. Players may not copy, extract or reverse-engineer any game content.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 123reg's liability to any player is limited to the real money balance held in their account at the time of the relevant claim. 123reg is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, anticipated savings, business opportunity or goodwill arising from use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by events outside 123reg's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures, force majeure events or regulatory actions.
• Losses resulting from player-side connection failures during live casino rounds or in-play betting.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for personal injury or death caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

123reg reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 123reg will notify registered players via the email address on their account or via a notice displayed on the platform upon login. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document.

Continued use of the 123reg platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 123reg holds its operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 123reg's internal complaints process will be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or alternative dispute resolution body as designated by the licensing authority.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 123reg platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. 123reg makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
